Eligibility for DDA Housing Scheme 2025

  • The person should be a citizen of India. 
  • The minimum age required is 18 years.
  • The individuals who have already benefited from this scheme cannot apply for the 2nd time.
  • Land ownership limit: Possession of no more than 67 square metres of land in the Delhi cantonment region.
  • Joint application option for couples, with the flexibility for spouses to apply separately, and if both are drawn, either one can be chosen.
  • Exclusive for EWS income earners: Individual earnings should not exceed 3 lakhs per year, and family earnings should not exceed 10 lakhs per year.
