So I bought the relax plan service of nobroker and had the relationship manager Kimberley assigned to me. She was very helpful and patient. Contacting the owners and scheduling visits on my behalf. It has been a decent experience availing the No-Broker Relax plan. Though the Sales personnel would provide a rosy picture – you need to time buying the plan, based on the market demands. Initial 30 days, I did not get much leads and was moving towards a disaster. However my RM Sangamesh later managed to find few prospects and I ended up finding a good tenant. All is well that ends well – so overall happy with the outcome

He understood our requirement clearly and helped us promptly. He was well behaved and kept in touch regularly with updates. I had shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore and had subscribed the relax plan from NoBroker . I was assigned a relationship manager called Adithya P Swamy. He was indeed very helpful. Considered all my requirements and provided the list of properties very promptly. He also visited one of the localities(which wasn’t part of his job) in order to ensure the safety aspect for women.
