Mumbai Metro Line 2B is a 23.6-kilometre elevated line connecting DN Nagar (Andheri West) to Mandale (Mankhurd), with 20 stations.  It will connect key areas like Bandra, BKC, Chembur, Kurla, and Mankhurd. The first section is expected to open by late 2025, and the full line will be operational by 2027. Mumbai Metro line 2B will reduce travel time, reduce road traffic, and improve east-west connectivity. It will also link with other metro lines and suburban trains for better commuting. 

The 2B metro line is one of the busiest routes, including Bandra and Chembur, and according to the market expert, property rates will increase by 15% to 20%. Depending on the condition of the road, the current travel time will also be reduced by 50% to 75%.
