BBMP Draft Khata Doorstep Delivery 

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is set to deliver 23 lakh draft Khata certificates to property owners' doorsteps starting in February. Chief Commissioner Tushar Giri Nath recently discussed the initiative at a press conference on February 10. This initiative targets residents who haven't downloaded their e-Khata certificates from the BBMP website.

As of now, 1.45 crore property owners have visited the e-Khata website, and 10.34 lakh people have received draft certificates. However, only 1.5 lakh have successfully downloaded the final e-Khata. To address issues with downloading, BBMP is implementing a strategy to ensure that e-Khatas are delivered directly to the applicants' homes. Pending applications will be processed to ensure that only the rightful owners receive their e-Khatas.
