    • Option 2: If the balance 75% of the premium is not paid within 60 days, the remaining amount must be paid within a year from the date of the allotment letter, in four quarterly installments (of 3 months) at a simple interest rate (currently 10%).
  • Mortgage Permission Fee: A fee of Rs 1,000 is applicable for obtaining mortgage permission, and a Collateral Security of Rs 5,000 must also be provided.
  • Reserve Price: The reserve price will be as per the Sector Wise Rate List, as specified in Clause 32.
