I love the calm mornings and friendly neighbours. There’s a local park where I jog daily. Grocery store and a dosa corner are within a few steps. No cafe culture, but you will get honest home‑style food. Very safe, and decent connectivity.

The place has improved a lot. Sunday street market is lively and fun. School bus stops near home. Would prefer a proper mall nearby. Still, great neighbourhood for long family stay. Roads in some parts need maintanence.

Invested here last year and I’m pleased. Infrastructure is gradually improving, roads getting paved, drains in place. Property value is increasing. Rental demand from office workers is steady. A solid pick for patient investors.

Chose Vichoor due to low rent. Public transport frequency is low, sometimes bus comes every 30 minutes. Roads are narrow and potholes appear after rain. On the bright side, clinics and kirana shops are close. But if you don’t own a bike, this place might feel a bit disconnected.

I love the area and the peace around it. Grocery, bakery, daycare centre, all in walking distance. Clean surroundings. Drives to hospital or school take just 10 or 12 minutes. It is a good, safe place to raise kids and grow long term.
