Kharadi has wide roads and good street lighting. The area has plenty of schools, shopping malls like Pheniox Mall, Reliance mall, and entertainment options. This is considered as a safe area with low crime rates. It is located near the airport, making it perfect for frequent air travelers. The area is home to many IT companies.

my office is in EON IT park so walking distance from my place. Good area and livable environment, climate is good. there are many fun places to explore nearby. some cafes, historical places, gardens and so on. but if you want to go far, better to take auto or own vehicle because no metro directly which is sad

The area feels vibrant and sometimes chaotic because of all the tourist crowd. It's not posh but quite premium. But the problems remain. lack of spaces and proper footpaths. parking space is not enough. streets are littered poorly

It has many modern apartments at good rental pricing. I like living here with my elder brother. we both work in IT
