Daily commute is easy with trains and buses nearby. However, the traffic jams and continuous honking during office hours can be incredibly frustrating

My children enjoy the parks and nearby schools. It is family-friendly, but I wish the area was a bit quieter and cleaner.

Rent here is super cheap, which I love! But honestly the water timing is pure stress and PMT bus frequency to Pune city feels super random...

its a bit far from central pune but what i really like is the peace..and lots of family restaurants nearby..its not too outskirts either..just the Chakan road traffic is my only massive daily headache.

Love the small town community feel where everyone is so warm. Wish we had better parks for evening play, and dust from heavy trucks is constant...

Daily drive to Ranjangaon MIDC is barely 20 mins, absolute lifesaver for work! But Nagar Highway junction is a total gridlock every single evening.

Shikrapur grew so fast from a tiny village! Local markets have everything now, though open drains near the main chowk still overflow during rains.

Having local clinics like Yash nursing home and medical stores right around the corner gives great peace of mind as we have elderly at home..Walking on the main road is scary though, zero footpaths!

I visit my cousins here on summer vacations and its always fun for the awesome dhaba food! But parking my car near Chakan Chowk on weekends is an actual survival test.

Rental demand from MIDC workers keeps my flats 100% occupied. Capital values are rising steady, even if municipal basic infrastructure is still basic.

you get spacious flats here which is great for students.. and cheap mess places make life here super easy! Just wish we had better streetlights on inner lanes late at night..walking is not very safe

our family dhaba business near the main road is always buzzing bec of the highway crowd! Deliveries just get delayed when heavy trailers choke the signal.
