Rent is reasonable with fairly spacious homes, but the infrastructure isn’t premium and feels a bit worn.

The area is growing, and property values are on the rise, though some parts of the infrastructure could use a bit of improvement. For an owner, doing small regular service can make your property more comfortable and attractive.

In regular maintenance I will make sure my investment stays attractive, keep value, and continues to draw good tenants.
