Sector 37 is right on the Delhi-Faridabad border. The Sarai Metro Station on the Violet Line is just a few minutes away. The commute is super easy, and I get to live in a more peaceful and green environment.

I own a builder floor here. The rental demand is mainly from professionals working in South Delhi and Faridabad's industrial areas. It is a well-planned and green sector in Faridabad.

The location is great. It's a posh and well-maintained locality. The connectivity via DND-KMP Expressway is fantastic. However, it lacks trendy cafes and good nightlife facilities. For that, you have to go to Delhi.

I have lived here for over 25 years. It is a peaceful, secure, and elite neighbourhood. The community is very well-established, and we have everything we need within the sector, including good markets and hospitals like Asia Medcity Hospital.

The sector is green and peaceful, but it faces some civic issues. The traffic gets congested during rush hours. The internal roads also need better maintenance. For public commute, the bus stops and metro stations are within walking distance.
