Bandra has lots of fancy restaurants and cafes. It feels premium and the roads are always so well lit and vibrant. Despite the crowd, it feels peaceful too. maybe because of the green environment and parks in every other block
Finding a peaceful colony can be tough here but not impossible. Most apartments are facing the road or too close to metro and railway junctions. which can make it noisy. So choose a house somewhat away from the main road and it will be a pleasant living experience

It is not only expensive, you also need to do proper due diligence around the builder reputation, structural issues, amenities, age of building, and many other legal things.
