Been renting here for the past 6 months. Rent is good. markets and clinics are nearby but the main issue is the traffic on the MG road

Streets are quieter here and I love the peace. If you rely on metro, this will not work. transport system is a little weak here. the closest metro is 8 km away

The area has mix of old buildings and new apartments. while some parts are developing, some are still outdated and has no local amenties nearby

Civic infrastructure is poor in this area. Heavy rains lead to waterlogging on main roads as well. But what I like is the smooth connectivity by road. the overall atmosphere is pleasant and residential

Rental demand is decent not high. The proximity to schools and hospitals is good and gives potential to appreciate.
