The rent here is not that high but the rooms are also not that spacious. There are various issues with the drainage here as well.

We've been here for a while now. It's a place where people know each other, but urban planning hasn't kept pace with population growth.

I bought a small unit here a while ago. Not much appreciation yet, but the rental flow is steady and that’s what I needed.

People here are helpful but roads are crowded during office hours and you will be stuck in traffic for hours.

I had visited this place for a party at a friends place once. It was night and I wasn't able to see much but from what I had seen it was an okay place.

This area offers affordable property options with steady rental demand, making it a practical choice for long-term investment, though growth may be gradual compared to central Delhi areas.

It has affordable housing with basic amenities and good road connectivity, but some areas may face congestion and limited recreational options.

This is mostly residential and industrial area functional for short visits or errands, but not much for shopping, dining, or leisure activities.
