Metro access is not right outside, but stations like Kanhaiya Nagar and Shalimar Bagh are manageable by auto. There are enough food places and small markets nearby, so daily life is easy.

Phase 3 Ashok Vihar is decent but comes with typical Delhi issues. Public transport is available, buses are frequent. Parking is a struggle in some lanes. The area feels crowded during school and office timings. On the positive side, hospitals and medical stores are close.

The area has become busy as facilities have improved. Roads are fairly maintained, and public transport options are plenty. Schools and hospitals are within short distance.

Staying here mainly because everything is nearby. Offices around Lovekush Business Park are easy to reach, and malls like Parsavnath are good for weekends. The neighborhood feels active and safe. Roads are wide in most parts, and connectivity to other areas of North Delhi is good. There are gyms, cafes, and parks within short distance.
