rented a flat here to stay close to the Miyapur zone without paying insane rents. The commute to the tech parks is manageable via the ORR but the rush hour traffic on the main Nizampet road is getting brutal.

my main issue is that finding basic groceries means walking along roads without proper footpaths. The dust from constant construction projects is annoying.

good part is our society has regular municipal water supply which keeps us from relying too heavily on private water tankers..

rental demand is solid here...and investing in larger gated community configurations yields better liquidity here than standalone builder floors
