It's one of the affordable areas in Mumbai to live in. But the traffic congestion can be harsh and make things difficult and frustrating during peak hours

Good area for renting. You get plenty of housing choices here and mostly spacious standalone flats and mid-rise apartments with decent layouts...my issue is water quality.. as several lanes face high salinity or depend heavily on private water tankers during the summer months.

Mira Road has decent apartments and lifestyle is also convenient. reputed hospitals and schools are around the corner..we also have ghodbunde fort just 10 mins away..weekends wont feel dull or boring here

from what i have noticed, the rental yields stay consistently strong because of the spillover demand from corporate professionals who find western Mumbai properties completely unaffordable
