Write a Review

The area has a peaceful and religious vibe. It's also well-connected and has lots of churches, greenery, and old-world charm. The problem is during summers, water supply issues are persistent.

It's a safe locality in Chennai. Clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Rent is also cheap here.

It has a heritage like charm. We love having our home here. Safety is the top priority here. But there are strict building regulations because of the cantonment board. You can’t just redevelop freely or add floors

It’s close to IT hubs like Guindy and Porur, which gives higher rental demand. Since it is a cantonment zones, getting approvals for redevelopment or new construction is tough.

The area has simple independent houses and it's safe and peaceful. But you won't find many modern gated societies or apartments here. There are mostly government quarters.
