I invested in a flat here after comparing with Kolapakkam. Mugalivakkam felt more organized and better connected. Rental income has been consistent so far.

I've been renting here for 8 months. The area is peaceful and well-connected to Porur and Guindy. The only downside is the narrow interior roads, but otherwise, it's a great place for families.

Mugalivakkam feels like a hidden gem. It’s not overly commercial, which keeps it livable. Property values are slowly appreciating, and we enjoy a peaceful lifestyle.

Living in a gated community here has been hassle-free. Water supply is good, and there's a decent park nearby. I just wish grocery stores stayed open a bit later.
