I like the Somangalam locality. It is safe and gives a residential vibe. But shops and hospitals are limited so I need to travel far even to buy daily goods.

I have built my retirement home here. Property rates are steadily increasing and the environment is clean with low pollution. But the overall development is slow.

I am living in Somangalam mainly because the area offers affordable properties. The locality is quiet and spacious but public transport is not that good. Major shops and markets are also far. If you do not have personal vehicle, its hard to get goods.

Somangalam is located near several industrial area so rental demand always remains high here. My 3 BHK property never remains vacant. Rent is low but I am happy with my investment here.

My farmhouse in Somangalam and it is surrounded by peace and nature. The area is clean and green but shops, markets, schools, hospitals, etc are not that close which makes living inconvenient. I hope things will develop and the basic amenities will be available within easy reach in the upcoming years.
