The area is slowly developing with new apartments and high-rise buildings, as it is located on the outskirts of the city. Buying property is quite easy, it is in developing stage and metro is in under contruction.

Living here for five years with my family. The neighbourhood is calm. Guduvancheri station is 3 km away from my place. SRM General Hospital and schools like Velammal Vidhyashram are within walking distance almost. Roads are fine.

Loving this place after shifting last year. Super close to Shriram IT Park, just a short auto ride. Parking isn't a headache in my apartment block. The neighbourhood is clean. There is Vallencheri Park nearby for evening walks.

Invested in two plots here two years ago. Prices were low then, and now seeing good appreciation. Rental demand from IT folks is steady. Roads like Nellikuppam are improving, connecting well to the airport.

Vanchuvancheri feels safe for a single woman, no worries walking back late. Hospitals like Annai Arul are reliable. Gyms are popping up near Max store, and rents haven't shot up much. Not too many trendy cafes yet. Overall, suits my budget and job perfectly.
