Padur has Excellent roads and upcoming metro connectivity through the city, It's a pretty good place not affected in rains because it is close to ECR beach. Hospitals, IT hub and colleges seems to be nearby but owning a vehicle is best choice because public transport is not readily available here.

I shifted here for work at SIPCOT. The commute is smooth as buses and share autos are available. But if you don’t have a bike or car, local travel gets tricky sometimes.

We recently bought a flat here. The area is developing well, and prices are still affordable. There are schools and clinics nearby.

Padur is a peaceful area, especially for those working in IT parks on OMR. Plenty of apartments with decent rents. The locality is still developing, so don’t expect too many shops or malls yet.

We bought a 2BHK to settle after retirement. Air is clean, the area feels peaceful. But there are fewer hospitals and shops close by.

I have a flat here which I rent out to IT employees. It’s near Siruseri SIPCOT, so demand is good. Public transport is okay, but not very frequent after 9 PM.
