The area is very vibrant and happening. if you love cafes and beaches, this is a great place to live in. It is close to all the imp places like schools, hospitals, temples, etc. But the downside is the humid level and waterlogging

Besant Nagar honestly feels like heaven. its so pleasant and close to so many popular beaches. the perk is you get sea view apartments here. Cons is the high pricing and flooding issues

Rent is too high for this area. Parking is a struggle due to narrow lanes and roads. Public transport is fine but autos here charge a lot

Besant Nagar has prestige and it gives you a solid rental income. appreciation is also good here. The coastal proximity adds value

It’s a beautiful place for morning runs and yoga. The beach adds a different type of energye. Just wish there were more parking spots near the eateries.

I love going for evening walks along the beach and It’s very lively and safe over there. The only downside is the rising rent prices lately in the area
