I see this as a developing zone. Returns may take time but should be steady.

The surroundings are quiet, and rent is very reasonable. However, reaching the main city takes time becuase of the traffic.

One issue I face is the lack of proper street lighting in some areas, which makes it tricky to walk after dark.

Roads get muddy during rains, and drainage is bad as well but rent herte is affordable.

This area is very vibrant and good to live in. lots of markets and food places around, both veg and non veg. There is a park as well so it feels less dusty or hot

Goparasanallur is located right next to both state and national highways so connectivity is insane. but comes with traffic and noise too. so dont expect ultra peaceful life here
