Been living in Karanai for about 10 months now. The area is still developing, so not many big shops, but basic needs are covered. Rent is very reasonable for a 2BHK. It's mostly peaceful, though a bit dark at night in some lanes.

Property rates in Karanai are still within reach. Not much crowd. Once the roads improve and more stores come up, price will go up.

We have been living in Karanai for nearly 5 years now. When we moved, there were hardly any buildings. Now so many new apartments have come up. Roads are slowly improving. We have a calm neighbourhood. There's a temple and a school nearby.

It s quiete here, less traffic, and air feels cleaner. Travel is manageable since I use bike. Only problem is no big cafes or hangout places yet. Some tech parks like Pacifia and SIPCOT are close, so I think the area will develop more in coming years.

I bought this flat for staying post-retirement. Grocery and daily items are close enough, and we get milk and newspaper on time.
