Family friendly locality as this area has good hospitals, temples, and parks. That’s one reason I settled here after retirement. But not great if you prefer a peaceful locality because there's ocassional noise and dust from nearby construction work.

Value for money rental properties. Compared to Velachery or Chromepet, rents here are reasonable. Local markets are good too.

Some internal roads are really narrow and get congested during peak hours. Auto-rickshaws and delivery vehicles also pack up the lanes, and parking can be frustrating.

I bought property here over 8 years ago. The metro expansion, nearness to airport, and growing demand from IT professionals have increased my property's value. It’s definitely a smart investment.

The area is good but not great. Streets are not walkable and very crowded. It's also difficult to park your vehicle here. Only like the spacious and affordable rental properties here. It's also close to my office so that's a positive too,
