I am happy to have invested here. Property rates are rising steadily but yes, the area lacks metro connectivity and can at times pose commuting problems

This is one of the best places to live in and I am planning to purhcase a property here. I have been here since 2018.

Well conncted city with low crime rates. Besides these, all basic amenities such as hopsitals, markets, etc. are nearby.

It's a well-established city with all facilities close by. Rent can be a bit expensive for the space you get, and the parking situation needs improvement as well.

This city is developing at a faster rate and the demand for rental properties is increasing at a high rate. The only porblem is that there is water issue during summer.

The local markets in the area are convenient, and the public transport is good as well. I have experienced water supply issues a few times, and there are pot holes on the roards.

Whats good about Nanded

  • Proper Infrastructure: Nanded is planned with broad roads, drainage, and landscaping, all of which make living in the City worthwhile.

What can be improved about Nanded

  • Increased traffic: More development and population leads to more vehicles on the roads, especially during peak hours.
  • Fewer options for public transport: The vicinity is still under development; thus, there isn’t much public transportation available compared to the developed parts of Pune.
  • Rise in property Prices: With increased demand, property values will increase. This would comfortably not allow first-time buyers.
  • Distance from City Center: Of course, Nanded does have a beautiful vibe to it, but the fact that it is rather far from the centre of the City could put some people off, especially those who like the hustle and bustle of the City.
  • Ongoing Construction: With many projects still in development stages, there may be times when one has to bear with construction noise and dust on some occasions.
