Rise in property Prices: With increased demand, property values will increase. This would comfortably not allow first-time buyers.
Distance from City Center: Of course, Nanded does have a beautiful vibe to it, but the fact that it is rather far from the centre of the City could put some people off, especially those who like the hustle and bustle of the City.
