I bought a flat in Narhe two years back. Prices haven not increased much yet, but rental income is steady because students and working people stay here. College crowd is high.

Checked out some rental flats in Narhe. Rates are quite okay. It is more student-friendly, I feel. But not ideal if you want peace or greenery.

We have been staying in Narhe for around 6 years now. It is affordable and slowly getting better. Small shops, clinics, and schools are nearby.

We live here with family. Schools, clinics, and grocery stores are nearby, so it is easy to manage. The area feels mostly safe.

I shifted here because my office is nearby. The place is quiet at night and the neighbors are decent. Groceries and medical stores are everywhere.

Narhe feels lively. Plenty of food joints and local shops. It is also safe and good for families. But if you rely on public transport, this has no metro and buses are not frequent either

Nahe has affordable flats. I also feel safe walking around the streets. But the area around the colleges are very crowded at times

Narhe is a good investment. the property rates are reasonable. it has growing infrastructure but the metro expansion can increase the value more. It anyway works for rental yield

The area has a friendly atmosphere. There are many colleges here so it feels pretty lively. It has a student crowd mostly but public transport should improve as commuting is getting more challenging

Safety wise, narhe is good. Also budget friendly. the cost of living is very less here. Since this is mostly a college area, the flats and PGs are reasonable. I also love the sunset point.
