The area is very safe and economical. I got a 1 BHK in a gated society at Rs. 10,000, and all essential amenities are available within walking distance. I usually commute via metro or ocassionally take auto. It's a quiet residential locality.

We live near Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden and the area has a serene environment. It is generally peaceful, but occasional traffic during peak hours can be noisy. Public transport is easily available via metro.

Been living in a rented flat for the past five years, and I love how convenient and accessible it is from local markets and eateries. Some lanes have major potholes which can lead to waterlogging at times. otherwise, it's a good locality in Pune.

My friend lives in Tapobhumi society, and I often visit her during weekends. We often go to P L Deshpande Garden or some nearby park to hangout in the evening. It's a lovely area with minimal traffic.

I've been living in a rental flat here, and the area is great if you're looking for affordable residential properties. It's a safe and lovely area, and there are parks and gardens within 2 km radius.
