Bhor is a safe and peaceful locality but the lack of public transport can be a major huddle for working professionals. The metro is far and there's only one bus stop nearby, which gets too crowded. If you're looking for affordable apartments, this is a good place.

I have been here for the past ten years, and the area is slowly improving. The road connectivity is good and there are basic amenities like hospitals and local markets nearby, but for high-end shopping, you may have to go to central Pune.

I have rented one of my residential property here, but the demand has reduced in the past few years. The lack of public transport like metros generally drive people away.

This is a good locality for long-term investment as the growth is steady and it has good resale value. I bought a 2 BHK in this area last year, and the value has risen by 20%. It is still developing and need a metro expansion.

The rent is cheap and you get spacious apartments here with basic amenities. If you have your own vehicle and can manage to commute by your own, it's a great locality to live in. Safe, family-friendly, and peaceful.

Whats good about Bhor

  2. Proximity to Pune and access to major highways.
  3. Reputed educational institutions catering to all levels.
  4. Employment opportunities due to nearby industrial units.

What can be improved about Bhor

  1. Environmental concerns due to rapid urbanisation.
  2. Limited rail connectivity; reliant on road transport.
  3. Rising property values due to increasing demand.
  4. Industrial hubs are situated at a distance, though companies provide transportation.
  5. Toll enhancements needed on the NH 48 route.
