The area is close enough to Magarpatta, my workplace. What I really like is that the area is still peaceful, not too crowded like Hadapsar. Rent is on the lower side, which helps a lot.

I picked up a 2BHK pre-launch flat in Manjari Khurd last year. Prices are still low, but the potential is there. A lot of builders are coming up with new projects. It's still developing, so not much commercial activity yet. I am planning to rent it out once construction is complete.

I bought a 2BHK here about 6 years ago. Back then, it was very basic, hardly any shops or clinics. Now things are better. A lot of young couples and working folks have moved in.

I chose Manjari Khurd as the rent is way lower. I travel a lot for work, so having the NH 65 and NH 965 nearby is a big plus. The area still has a semi-rural feel. .

Bought a small 1BHK unit. Location is decent, not very posh. Metro is far. Rental demand is slowly rising as offices expand near Magarpatta and Hadapsar. I’m not expecting fast appreciation, but it feels like a stable asset.
