The area is less chaotic than central Pune. My 2BHK remains in demand due to new IT parks nearbyn. Still waiting for proper drainage and road development.

Awhalwadi felt semi-rural but calm. I visited a friend here and liked the clean air and open spaces.

Property rates have started to go up. Great for early investment, but still needs better connectivity to mainstream Pune.
