हडपसर औद्योगिक वसाहत, मगरपट्टा सिटी आणि फुरसुंगी आयटी पार्क येथून जवळ आहेत. कमी दरांमुळे येथे अनेक नवीन गृहनिर्माण प्रकल्प आणि टाउनशिप्स विकसित होत आहेत. शाळा, हॉस्पिटल्स आणि मोठ्या बाजारपेठांसाठी अजूनही हडपसर (Hadapsar) परिसरावर अवलंबून राहावे लागते. स्थानिक स्तरावर किरकोळ दुकाने आणि क्लिनिक्स उपलब्ध आहेत. हा परिसर ऐतिहासिक कचरा डेपोमुळे ओळखला जातो, ज्यामुळे येथील पर्यावरणीय आव्हाने ( दुर्गंधी, प्रदूषण) मोठी आहेत.

The environment here feels so calm and less rushed. you also get a decent sized 2 bhk at much lesser rent. Its a bit far from IT hubs though but living here is very peaceful

Uruli Devachi is generally a very preferred area in Pune mostly because its affordable and also has good enough connectivity. but talking about civic infrastructure and road conditons, its not that good. parking inside lanes is tough and internal roads are full of potholes. some blocks have problem with street lighting too

Rents are very cheap here but basic things are lacking. Roads are dusty because of heavy trucks moving around all day. Good if you have a bike.

Traveling to Hadapsar or IT hubs takes forever due to traffic jams on Saswad road. PMMPL buses are there but always packed. The dust level is too high.

Walking on the road is risky because of speeding dumpers and no proper walking tracks. Water is mostly from tankers as municipal supply is not regular here.

Budget rooms are easily available here. Local messes provide decent food for very less price. It is far from the city center but manageable if budget is tight.

Good location for wholesale trade or small godowns since space is cheap. Transport access to the highway is easy. Power cuts happen on Thursdays but manageable with backup.

Bought a place here because it was affordable. Basic shops for daily groceries are open now. Drainage system needs improvement because low lying areas get muddy in monsoon.

Local schools are available nearby but options are limited. The streets don't feel great for evening strolls with family due to darkness and poor streetlights in patch.

I come here for factory work visits. The main approach road is always broken and full of dirt. Finding local autos is a bit of a wait.

The garbage issue near the depot area makes the air quality bad on some days. Flies and bad smell are common during rains. Local roads are in worst condition.

The lingering smell from the old open garbage depot area is a massive headache. PMC tankers supply water but the timing is never fixed. Streets get dark early too.

Schools are nearby and kids have safe open spaces to play in the evenings. The main Saswad road gets heavy traffic but the internal lanes stay quiet and safe.

Travel to Hadapsar work hubs takes 25 minutes from here. Buses from the main stop are crowded during peak hours. It is an okayish place for single professionals.

The Phursungi junction gets blocked completely during evening rush hours. Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning. Still the area is peaceful to stay in.

Mornings here are calm for a walk. Little shops are handy for daily vegetables and milk. Auto drivers charge normal rates if you go to the local market.

Finding a parking spot is never a struggle here. The streets are wide enough and the local tea stalls are great to hang out. I love the simple vibe.

Plots are selling at decent prices here. Rental demand from warehouse workers is rising steadily. The main approach roads need some repair but the area has good value.

No good food options or budget messes around this place. Getting an auto to the main city after 8 PM is a big pain. Streets feel lonely.
