I love the peaceful surrounding of Manjari Budruk but the area has lot to develop yet. the rent is cheap but most buildings are very old and lack maintainence

Generally, Manjari Budruk is quiet and clean but the recent ongoing construction and development has led to too much noise and also pollution. Traffic is also heavy lately

It is a nice and reasonable locality for short term stays which also comes under budget. But many apartments here are very basic and do not have furnishing and other modern amenities like parks, cctv, powerback up etc

The locality is very green and safe. there are many local shops and even malls nearby. Good for social life too. A little far from the central Pune but very peaceful

The urban expansion and development has led to good appreciation in the past few years. Social amenities are growing which will further accelerate the property rates. I find the area potentially good for investment but the limited transportation can be drawback if it does not improve
