Living in Kondhwa Budruk is very convenient. The area is well-connected to the rest of Pune, and I can easily access IT parks. The proximity to Katraj Lake is perfect for weekend getaways. However, the parking situation is a hassle, and the area can get noisy at times

We've been here for over a year. The area is developing, with good schools and hospitals nearby. The ISKCON temple offers peace, and Katraj Lake is great for family outings. The only issue is water logging during the rainy season.

I visited the Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park here, and it was amazing! It’s a great family outing spot, especially for kids. The peaceful atmosphere around Katraj Lake also made my day. The only downside was the traffic getting here

I went to Royale Heritage Mall for some shopping. It’s a great place if you want a calm, non-crowded environment. The D-Mart and Irani Café are my favorites here. However, the area can get quite crowded during weekends
