As a tenant, I find the place affordable but it's a bit far from the Central Pune. The metro is also around 20 km away which can be a problem for frequent commuters. I use the bus to reach my office and it takes some times to get through the traffic too.

I love the quite surrounding and peaceful vibe. The place has lots of open spaces as it's slightly away from the Central Pune. Travelling can be hectic so not ideal for those having to commute regularly.

I got a house at a reasonable rental price here, and the connectivity isn't as bad as I thought. The station is around 1 km away, and bus stops are nearby too, making my commute to work easier. I love the quiet life here, although there is limited retail options and food outlets.
