Living here is definitely affordable but you have to compromise on a lot of things. Limited public transport, lack of good cafes or social activities, and isolated lanes.

I grew up here and now live with my family. It’s peaceful, open, and nothing like the congested life in central Pune. But if you want a more happening or urban lifestyle, you won't like it here.

This area has potential but the development is slow. Not ideal for those looking for quick returns. But ever since the MIDC industrial zone started expanding nearby, land prices have doubled and will increase in coming years too. Lifestyle is still semi-urban here.

I like the village-like calm here. No traffic honking, no chaotic bustle. Good for remote work only. Commuting can be tough if you don't own a vehicle.

The highway is right there. I take a shared cab or drive to Magarpatta within 35-40 minutes. Not bad at all if you start early. But there's practically no social life here. No malls, cinema halls, or good cafes to dine.
