तानाजी नगरमध्ये राहणे सर्वसामान्यांसाठी खूप सोयीचे आहे. येथे अमृत विद्यालय सारखी शाळा आणि आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीसाठी लोकमान्य हॉस्पिटल अगदी जवळ आहे. दैनंदिन गरजांसाठी जवळच बाजारपेठ उपलब्ध असून, कमी खर्चात सर्व सोयींनी युक्त असा हा शांत आणि सुरक्षित परिसर आहे.

येथून हिंजवडी आयटी पार्क आणि तळवडे आयटी पार्क कडे जाणे सोपे आहे. जवळच चिंचवड स्टेशन बस स्टॉप असल्याने वाहतुकीची उत्तम कनेक्टिव्हिटी मिळते. कामाच्या व्यापातून वेळ वाचवण्यासाठी आणि सुखसोयींसाठी हा परिसर अतिशय योग्य आहे. प्रोफेशनल्ससाठी हे उत्तम लोकेशन आहे.

हा परिसर रहिवासी वस्तीसाठी चांगला असून लोकमान्य हॉस्पिटल जवळ असल्याने उपचारांची सोय आहे. मात्र, अंतर्गत रस्ते अरुंद असून दुचाकींच्या वेगवान हालचालींमुळे चालणे कठीण होते. विरंगुळ्यासाठी दुर्गा देवी उद्यान जवळ आहे, पण तिथे पोहोचण्यासाठी रिक्षा करावी लागते कारण सार्वजनिक बसची सोय कमी आहे.

मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी फत्तेचंद जैन विद्यालय आणि अमृत विद्यालय जवळ आहेत. चिंचवड स्टेशनचा बाजार खरेदीसाठी उत्तम आहे. पण, उन्हाळ्यात पिण्याच्या पाण्याचा दाब खूप कमी असतो. तसेच, पावसाळ्यात काही सखल गल्ल्यांमध्ये ड्रेनेज लाईन तुंबल्यामुळे अस्वच्छता पसरते, ज्याचा आरोग्यावर परिणाम होतो.

चिंचवड रेल्वे स्टेशन आणि पुणे-मुंबई हायवे जवळ असल्याने जागेला कायम मागणी असते. मात्र, जुन्या वाड्यांच्या आणि इमारतींच्या भागात पार्किंगचा प्रश्न गंभीर आहे. महापालिकेने रस्ते दुरुस्ती आणि कचरा संकलनाकडे अधिक लक्ष दिल्यास मालमत्तेचे मूल्य आणि भाड्याचे उत्पन्न अधिक वाढू शकते.
