    The rent is low and the market is just 5 minutes away, which helps with daily essentials. But the drainage system is a havoc. It's smelly and overflows during rain

    It's an affordable area for students but it's very noisy and feel congested too. Lighting is bad at night so it sometimes feels unsafe to walk alone.

    We bought our 2BHK in 2018. It’s been convenient for raising a small family. School, medical store, and clinic are all within 500 metres. But the roads are damaged after every rainy season.

    The area is peaceful on weekends and evenings. Neighbours are friendly, and the cost of living is low. But there is a lack of branded grocery stores or cafes. Malls are far too.

    My landlord lives nearby, which is helpful, and there are plenty of kirana shops within walking distance. I just wish there were more parks or open spaces
