It's a cost-effective and family-friendly neighborhood. The area has small clinics and schools nearby and the streets are well-lit during evenings. I live here with my family, and totally love the convenience.

I have rented out my property here and the demand is always high. The close proximity to IT parks and schools make it a top choice for families. There are a lot of cafes and local street shopping options here, so it's very convenient. Some lanes are congested but road infrastructure is developing, so it's a decent area to live in.

When I bought my 3 BHK in 2022, I was drawn to wide internal roads and nearby IT parks and malls. Property values jumped above 8% over the years. I only wish internal streetlights stayed on longer as it gets pitch dark by 10 pm.

I visited Katraj Lake once and explored this area a bit. The street shopping experience was good. My cousin lives here too, so we went to her apartment in the evening. The streets were wide and vibrant. It's a good residential area
