I’ve been living in Kharadi Gaon for about 6 months now. The area is peaceful, away from the noise of the city, but still close enough to my office in Kharadi. Rent is affordable, and there are a lot of small shops nearby for groceries. .

I enjoy staying here because commuting to nearby workplaces takes much less time compared to other parts of Pune. Still, rent and food costs have increased noticeably in recent years.

Owning property in Kharadi Gaon has been rewarding because demand from IT employees remains very strong throughout the year. However, maintenance expenses in newer apartment projects keep rising steadily.

What makes this locality appealing is the mix of village style surroundings and modern city development happening side by side.

The surroundings feel modern and active but future appreciation depends on better traffic management and civic planning.
