I bought a mid-size apartment here for investment. It hasn’t skyrocketed in value, but I’ve never had a month without a tenant.

The area is very quiet, and market is near. Apart from that I don't like anything here as roads have potholes and garbage is lying on the road all the time.

Our society is well-maintained, and the neighbours are mostly long-time residents but the repairing of roads are very slow.

I have been to this area before once and it looked kind of okay but there were potholes on the roads in some areas.

If you’re looking for a property with a lower entry cost and steady returns, this is a good area. It won't double your money overnight, but it will provide steady appretiatioin.
