Sector 22 has excellent connectivity to major IT hubs. My office is in Sector 62, just 15 minutes by bike. Sector 61 Metro Station is 15 minutes away by auto rickshaw. There are good restaurants including Dominos and local North Indian dhabas near the main market.

The connectivity is good, but to go to the metro station, you need an auto or bus. Local shopping is available at E-Block Market and C-Block Market. There are several grocery stores and medical shops within Sector 22. The area has decent hospitals, including Kailash Hospital and Shivalik Hospital within reach.

Sector 22 has all basic infrastructure, including schools, markets, and healthcare facilities. As I see, the area has potential and investing here can be profitable in the long-term. The rental demands are also stable from professionals working in nearby offices.

The area has grown significantly with better roads and infrastructure over the years. Delhi Public School is nearby and has excellent facilities. My child goes there. We shop at the local market, which has all the essential items.

It is an okay residential area but lacks modern amenities. Roads are well-maintained but traffic increases during office hours. Auto rickshaw availability is good throughout the day. Some areas need better street lighting for night time safety.
