D Block is a convenient locality. There are small gyms, food stalls, and daily need shops around every corner. Nights feel safe as streets are mostly lit. Only issue I face is limited parking space inside lanes.

What I like here is the availability of everything nearby. From local sabzi shops to small cafes near Sector 71, you don’t have to go far. I often visit City Park Noida for walks. But traffic near the main road can be slow during evenings.

I usually prefer investing where rental movement is active, and this area fits that need. Sector 72 sees steady demand from office-goers working nearby. Connectivity through Noida Sector 52 Metro Station adds to its value. The locality is not premium, but it has all daily essentials within reach.
