Sector 39 is very convenient. The Wave City Center Metro is just a short walk away, which makes my daily commute easy. Roads here are quite wide and traffic is manageable most times.

Public transport is good. There are a few parks like Block C Park where I jog on weekends. However, parking can get a bit challenging during peak hours. Overall, it is a friendly neighbourhood with decent eateries around.

There are plenty of cafes and gyms nearby to unwind after work. The locality feels safe and clean, which is important for me. I also like that there are good hospitals like District Combined Hospital close by.
