Being a student at North cap university, I enjoy this area. there are parks, cafes, and many malls and outlets nearby but there should be a metro too for commuting far

I live in Amrit Residency which is a colive pg hostel. the rent is much cheaper than nearby areas. it's a good area for students

The area has everything one may need. grocery shops, supermarkets, eateries, clinics, hospitals, colleges, gyms, parks etc. one thing is lack of civic amenities. roads aren't good and drainage is bad and in some lanes street lighting is not present

Great resale value of this area as it's self sufficient. schools, markets and hospitals are within 2-3 km. metro expansions are planned so if that happens, it will improve

public parking space is limited and roads are narrow. even walking feels tough beause of thin footpaths. not at all pedestrian friendly. Traffic is another problem
