It's a good locality for many families. looking for budget homes. The problem is the nearby shashtri nagar industrial area which brings in dust and noise so often. Some inner lanes also lack hygiene and regular garbage disposal because of which it feels unclean and messy

I like this area because rent is comparatively lower than many older gurgaon areas with same built. I just wish there were more entertainment options or maybe cafes to hangout at

It has good potential if you are willing to wait. The returns won't be quick but the ongoing civic developments can enhance the appreciation. hopefully.

I moved here for the new apartments near the Dwarka Expressway. they are modern, spacious and affordable too. but some internal roads still full of dust due to constant construction work

The area is nice in general but there's hardly any open spaces. it feels cramped now with all the new buildings. A park or a small garden could help to bring more green spaces
