I love this area. It's close to my office and has good amenities like parks, hospitals, salons, cafes etc.

Anamika Enclave is a pleasant locality. It's surrounded by trees, parks, and many open spaces that gives it a cool environment. Our apartment is also walking distance from HUDA market and local eateries. but many societies here don't have high end amenities like gyms and clubhouses which other areas provide so that can be a lack

The area is promising in terms of real estate potentia. good road connectivity by NH and SH. Close to many lifestyle amenities. Many students prefer this for education instititues nearby but there's limited number of gated societies within the region and some parts have older construction so family demand is less

I rent close to Aakash Institute where i am preparing. It's a calm area good for students and also professionals because there are lots of corporate offices in this region. The popular one is The Presidency Tower which is very close to Aakash. there are good eateries and small cafes too for chilling

Anamika Enclave is a nice locality to rent in. The apartments are reasonably priced. There's mostly independent houses and non gated apartments and PGs here. It's like a student oriented area than a family mainly because of the institutes and coaching centres.

Anamika Enclave feels safe and active. Autos and cabs are easily available, which helps during busy mornings. There are markets and small food places nearby, so daily needs are sorted.

The area is okay but feels slightly outdated compared to newer parts of Gurgaon. Some streets could be better maintained, and traffic can get messy at times. Parking is also not very easy.
