I like the walkable local shops, parks, and eateries and everything’s within 5–10 minutes by foot. But the frequent power cuts forced me to invest in an inverter, and during monsoons the poorly built roads sometimes flood and get dusty with traffic

Overall, a good area but be wary of traffic and power cuts. It's generally a safe area if you're living near main road. Internal lanes are a bit risky to walk alone.

After moving out, I rented my 3 BHK and the income has been great but you do get tenants disappearing with deposits, disputes over electricity billing, and frequent wear and tear.

Convenient and affordable area to live in. I wish there were some good cafes nearby, It feels isolated

It's a semi-urban area which is usually very quiet and peaceful. But you do have easy access to nearby clinics, shops, markets. I am just concerned about safety because the lane I live in suffers from flickering street lights which never gets fixed. Although we have a security guard, I feel unsafe while walking back to my apartment.
