Purchased property last year and is expecting good appreciation due to rapid development nearby. Palam Vihar Extension is still emerging, so prices are reasonable. With ongoing metro and road projects, the area looks promising for future returns. There are however scopes for road development.

Bought a flat three years ago. The area is growing steadily with good infrastructure and planned layouts. Peaceful environment with greenery. Some basic amenities still developing but overall a good residential option for long-term stay.

I am living here for almost 8 months now. The locality feels safe and well-maintained. Schools and healthcare centers are within reach. Public transport options are limited, so owning a vehicle becomes a must.

Visited friends here and liked the low traffic and clean surroundings. Local markets are accessible, but entertainment options are limited and so are schools and hospitals. Not a good option to live in for a long term
