Ravet is an affordable residential hub for IT professionals. The area is close to Hinjewadi. It is connected well with the other parts of the city via Mumbai-Satara Highway and Wakad Road.

This is one of the best investment destinations in Pune right now. New schools and hospitals are coming up. It's a planned locality with a good future.

It still feels a bit disconnected, and you need a vehicle for everything. But it's developing fast. There is no metro station close to the area.

Ravet is located near the Hinjewadi IT park. I rented out my flats to IT employees. It has well-planned infrastructure, with wide roads and modern amenities.

The commercial activities surrounding the market is growing. The green cover is disappearing fast. The area also has good public commute facilities and schools like S.B. Patil School.

Feels like you’re a little outside the city but still close enough. It works well for work commutes but weekends can get boring around here.

If you're into peaceful surroundings and don’t mind driving a bit for basics, Ravet works. Just don't expect everything to be super close by.

Societies are nice, people are polite, and mornings are peaceful. Just gotta deal with a bit of dust from the construction boom.

The green cover and less pollution is such a breather and everything is within reach. I juts love this place.

Honestly, Ravet surprised me. The streets are clean and evenings are quiet and some decent cafes are opening up. But man, traffic near the junction is a pain.
